Shipping policy

How can I track my shipment?
  • We will be happy to provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel once you receive our shipping confirmation email.
How long is the processing time?
  • All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted.
What shipping provider do you use?
  • UPS, FedEx, DHL and Purolator for shipping within North America.

 

In-Store Pick-up Policy



Step 1 – Place Your Order

Choose the “Pick-Up In Store” option when you check out.

Step 2 – Wait to hear from us

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.

Fleur Wholesale Store currently opens every Monday and Wednesday from 1 PM to 5 PM. Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days from the time of the initial order.

Step 3 – Pick-up Order at Store

Bring your notification email with the order confirmation number and your identification during our business hours (Monday and Wednesday from 1 PM to 5 PM) to pick up your order.
